Medical Receptionist – Full Time or Part Time

Busy General Practice & Medicare Urgent Care Clinic | Erina, Central Coast

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and busy team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our practice is well established with over 12 doctors, as well as a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic, so there is always plenty of variety in the role and no two days are quite the same.

About the Role

We are looking to fill either a full-time or part-time position.

Our practice is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday. Our operating hours are between 7:30am and 10:00pm, so we are looking for someone who can offer some flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

You will be an important part of the day to day running of the practice and will work closely with our doctors, nurses, reception team and patients.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and confident in a busy medical environment.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist

• Experience using Best Practice software is a bonus

• Strong multitasking and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

• Good computer and administrative skills

• A friendly, professional and compassionate approach

• Flexibility to work some evening and weekend shifts
