About the role

Solar Surge Australia is looking for energetic Door-to-Door Solar Lead Generators and Brand Ambassadors to join our growing Gold Coast team. You'll speak with homeowners, introduce the benefits of solar and identify customers who would like to learn more. You won't be closing sales! You'll generate interest and qualified appointments for our solar consultants. No previous solar or sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Travel with the team to residential areas across the Gold Coast

• Approach homeowners and start friendly, professional conversations

• Introduce Solar Surge Australia and the benefits of solar energy

• Ask simple questions to understand each homeowner's needs

• Generate interest and arrange qualified appointments

• Represent the Solar Surge brand positively in the community

• Work towards individual and team performance targets

• Participate in regular training and coaching sessions

About you

• Are friendly, confident and enjoy meeting new people

• Are comfortable working face-to-face and door-to-door

• Have strong communication and people skills

• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Are reliable, punctual and motivated by results

• Can work Monday to Friday

• Have a reliable vehicle and can travel to assigned locations

• Hold valid Australian working rights

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, promotions, fundraising, hospitality, retail, customer service, direct sales or brand ambassador work is helpful, but not essential
