Inspire and support students through high-quality teaching and clinical supervision, delivering an engaging learning experience aligned with national curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging learning experiences through lectures, tutorials, practical classes, webinars, workshops, field excursions and clinical teaching using student-centred approaches.Supervise student clinics, ensuring safe, professional practice by guiding clinical skills development and approving treatments and clinical documentation.Support student success by creating a positive learning environment, providing regular feedback and assessing/moderating student work in line with College requirements.Maintain professional expertise by staying current with academic, industry and clinical developments and incorporating contemporary practice into teaching.Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in scholarly activities and recommending enhancements to programs and subjects based on feedback and industry trends.
