Now, Regal is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of our landscape and civil construction projects.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing on-site engineering activities, coordinating technical delivery, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from commencement through to completion. The expected salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and client expectations.

We would love to hear from you if:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• You have experience delivering civil infrastructure, commercial landscaping, earthworks, or public domain projects.
• You are confident interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating site set-out, and providing technical support during construction.
• You have experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• You have a strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), and environmental compliance.
• You have experience monitoring project progress, managing project documentation, tracking variations, and supporting cost control.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
• You hold a current Australian Driver Licence and White Card and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
