We are looking for a passionate and experienced Certificate 3-trained Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a full time position, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

In this role, you will spark curiosity, nurture young learners, and build meaningful connections with families and colleagues in a collaborative, enriching environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement educational programs tailored to each child's needs.

• Ensure compliance with National Regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

• Foster positive, open relationships with families, children, and colleagues.

• Maintain high-quality documentation and planning to support each child's learning journey.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC), Child protection course certificate, First Aid certification. Food Handling certificate, Foundation of child safety training certificate

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Documentation & Planning: Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs.

• Mature and warm personality with experiences in early childhood settings

• Work Eligibility: Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in early childhood education
