Membership Consultant Casual to Fulltime

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an outgoing, eager-to-learn, and people-focused individual to join our tight-knit team. Whether you're a student in the health and wellness sector or possess strong customer service skills from a different background, we want you! Our team values a positive attitude and will provide the necessary support for your growth. This role will commence on a casual basis, providing an opportunity for both you and the business to ensure the role is the right fit. For candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and consistently perform at a high standard, there will be an opportunity to be considered for a full-time position after approximately 4 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and welcome potential and existing members.

• Manage a team of casual consultants and personal trainers.

• Achieve KPIs and sales targets.

• Organize in-club and community events.

• Generate new sales leads within the club and local community.

• Foster an inclusive and supportive club culture.

• Maintain club cleanliness standards.

• Promote the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community.

AVAILABILITY:

• Monday - Thursday (10am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-12pm).

• 20-38 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors.

• Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms.

• Interest in a healthy lifestyle.

ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current Working with Children BlueCard Check.

• Current First Aid Certificate.

• Current CPR Certificate.
