NDIS Accounts Coordinator

Join our team in Darwin and play a key role as NDIS Accounts Coordinator in managing the financial operations of our NDIS Services.

What you’ll do:

• Responsibility for monitoring day-to-day financial administration of Council’s Disability Service.
• Fortnightly invoicing and monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed reports.
• Partner with coordinators to ensure timely, compliant financial processes.
• Liaise with participants, plan managers, and stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and manage NDIS portals (Astalty).
• Other duties as reasonably directed by the Support Coordination Manager.

  
What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged and/or Disability) or equivalent qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Proven experience in finance administration and NDIS requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in supporting remote and First Nations’ communities.
• C Class Driver’s Licence as well as the ability to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are essential
