Groundskeeper – Remote

Summary:

The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our manufacturing facility in Brisbane. This position is essential for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. As a permanent, full-time member of our team, you will contribute to the overall functionality and presentation of our grounds, supporting the operational excellence of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, including lawns, gardens, and walkways.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Ensure all outdoor areas are free from debris and hazards.
• Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools used for groundskeeping.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of gardening and landscaping is advantageous.
• Entry-level position; previous experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
