Human Resources Graduate

As our Human Resources Graduate, you’ll work alongside an experienced HR team and gain hands-on exposure to the people challenges and opportunities that come with operating one of Australia’s longest-running underground mines.

Located on Tasmania’s stunning West Coast, Rosebery offers the opportunity to build your career in a close-knit operation where you’ll work directly with employees, leaders and HR professionals across the business.

As our HR Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day HR activities across the Rosebery operation. Working closely with the HR team, you'll assist with employee relations and workplace matters, performance and development processes, payroll enquiries, and a range of employee engagement and culture initiatives.About you

We're looking for someone who is curious, approachable and ready to learn.

You'll ideally have:

• A recently completed or near-completed degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Human Resources
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence working with different people and priorities
• A willingness to learn, ask questions and get involved
• An interest in working within a mining or operational environment
• Previous mining experience isn't essential – we'll help you build that knowledge.
