Receptionist 📍 Parramatta | 💼 Full-time, Monday-Friday | 🚗 EV Industry

We are seeking a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience by welcoming visitors, managing phone enquiries and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional and courteous manner.

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently.

• Manage the dealership reception area ensuring it is clean, organised and welcoming.

• Assist customers with general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales, service or administration team members.

• Schedule appointments for sales and service departments as required.

• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

• Maintain customer records and accurately enter information into dealership management systems.

• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

• Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks during busy periods.

• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at every interaction.

Essential

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or administrative role is desirable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
