Disability Support Worker – Remote

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other support staff.
• Document client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health to the appropriate professionals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in disability support.
• Evening and Overnight Active Shifts Available

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in disability support.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
