Service Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating a team of commercial HVAC technicians, ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Working from the office in Artarmon, you'll become part of a supportive team culture where your contribution is valued.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling a team of commercial HVAC technicians

• Managing service bookings, call-outs and planned maintenance schedules

• Communicating with customers regarding service appointments and updates

• Monitoring job progress and technician utilisation

• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of works

• Updating service information and job records using ServiceM8

• Processing work orders, purchase orders and related administration

• Delivering a high standard of customer service and support

About you

• Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or similar role

• Experience coordinating field-based technicians or tradespeople

• Strong administration and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Experience using ServiceM8 (highly regarded)

• The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands

• A positive, team-focused attitude
