Property Booking & Appointment Setter – Full Time

OTE $100K–$120K | Isle of Capri, Surfers Paradise

Are you confident on the phone, naturally bubbly, and love speaking with people?

We’re looking for an experienced Property Booking / Appointment Setter to join our growing team in a full-time position based in our modern office on Via Roma, Isle of Capri, overlooking the beautiful canal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment, knows how to build rapport quickly, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential and great results.

🌴 The Role

You’ll be responsible for speaking with potential property clients, qualifying their interest and booking high-quality appointments for our property sales team.

You’ll be working with cold and hot inbound meta/Facebook leads and enquiries, — your job is to engage, educate, build rapport and get the right people booked in.

💼 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in property booking, appointment setting

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Fun, bubbly and energetic personality

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven

• Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets

• Organised and able to manage a high volume of leads

• A genuine interest in property and helping people achieve their goals

• Previous experience in property investment, real estate or finance is highly regarded

• Monday - Thursday 9am -5pm

• Friday 9am-1pm (Long weekend).

• OTE of $100K–$120K per year
