Pay: between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

Start: Immediate

Hours: Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

A Week In This Role

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent.

That is what the week looks like.

Honestly, there is no catch. There is just a standard. This works if you are:

• Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
• Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
• Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
• Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
• If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.
