As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving product sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide professional product recommendations

• Assist customers with their tech needs and deliver an exceptional in-store experience

• Stay updated with the latest tech products and industry trends

• Put screen protectors on devices and repair some devices.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store display

• Actively ensure promotional materials and product showcases are up to date

• Help customers choose suitable products such as phone accessories, PC hardware, audio devices, gaming gear, lifestyle tech, and more

• Build strong customer relationships and promote repeat business

• Has a strong interest in electronics and technology

• Enjoys speaking with customers and providing personalised solutions

• Is proactive, confident, and results-driven

• Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Is eager to learn and improve continuously

• Works well in a team environment

• 1–2 years of experience in tech/retail sales

• Experience at Phone shops, computer shops or relevant shops.

• Full-Time Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
