We are looking for an organised, energetic and customer-focused Handover / Delivery Coordinator to join our Perth dealership team.

This is a key role in the customer journey. Once the sale is complete, you take the wheel — keeping our customers informed, coordinating their order and ensuring everything is ready for an exciting and professional caravan handover.

The role:

As our Handover / Delivery Coordinator, you’ll manage the delivery process and make sure every customer receives a professional and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the main point of contact for customer delivery enquiries
• Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their caravan
• Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements
• Finalising paperwork for dealership and caravan show sales
• Managing and completing orders through the dealer portal
• Coordinating and conducting customer handovers
• Ensuring handovers are completed accurately and on time
• Working closely with the sales and dealership teams to achieve handover targets
• Resolving issues quickly and keeping the customer experience front and centre

You will need to demonstrate:

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in the caravan, recreational vehicle or automotive industr
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Confidence managing multiple customers and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
• A current driver’s licence
• Caravan towing experience is highly regarded
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative dealership team
