Experienced SIL & Complex Support Workers (NDIS)

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals who are confident supporting participants with high and complex support needs while providing safe, person-centred care.If you have experience working with participants who have behaviours of concern, mental health challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disability or other complex support needs, we'd love to hear from you.About the roleAs a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support both within participants' homes and in the community.
