We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Graphic Designer to join our head office team and become the creative force behind how we present our products, technology and brand to the market. This is an in-house role working side by side with our engineering, technical, product and sales teams - turning complex ideas into clear, engaging and commercially powerful design.

This is not a role where you sit at the end of a brief. You will be part of the conversation from the beginning: understanding the product, asking the right questions, shaping the message and bringing it to life across print, digital and visual media.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for brochures, catalogues, product literature, technical data sheets, presentations and sales collateral.

• Create strong digital design for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social content and other online material.

• Work directly with engineers and technical specialists to translate detailed product information into simple, compelling visual communication.

• Partner with sales and marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, trade shows, signage, displays and customer presentations.

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across the business, while continually improving how the brand looks and communicates.

• Prepare artwork for print and production, manage files correctly and confidently liaise with printers and other suppliers when required.

• Help build our in-house creative capability so we can move faster, produce better work and rely less on external design agencies.

What we are looking for

• A genuinely strong designer with excellent visual judgement - typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery and attention to detail.

• Someone comfortable working in a technical and industrial environment and curious enough to understand how products work.

• A practical, commercially minded designer who can take a project from rough idea to finished artwork without needing heavy supervision.

• A collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with people from different disciplines.

• Someone who can handle multiple projects, prioritise well and deliver to deadlines.

Skills and experience

• Approximately 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, or an equivalent level of demonstrated capability.

• Advanced practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong experience in both print and digital design.

• Proven capability preparing production-ready artwork for commercial print.

• Excellent portfolio showing a high standard of real-world design work across multiple formats.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly regarded

• Experience with Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion/video tools.

• Website design, UX/UI or CMS experience.

• Photography, video shooting or image retouching capability.

• Experience designing for engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial, technology or other technical sectors.

• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
