Happy Feet Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic and reliable Cover Instructors to join our Perth North and Perth South teams.

You'll step in when our regular Instructors are unavailable, delivering our award-winning, play-based movement program to babies, toddlers and preschoolers in early childhood centres.

It's a fun, flexible opportunity to work with children, meet new people and bring your personality and creativity to every class.

Deliver fun, high-energy 30-minute classes featuring:

• 🎵 Music, movement and dance

• ✨ Magic, puppets and props

• 🦖 Stories, imagination and adventure

• 🤸 Games, fitness and fundamental movement skills

You'll receive full training and our proven programs, so we provide the music, props, costumes and class plans — you bring the energy and fun!

You can accept cover opportunities that suit your availability and location, making this ideal for someone wanting flexible school-hours work around other commitments.

Cover opportunities vary, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling to different early childhood centres across your allocated Perth team.

The more weekday availability you can offer, the more opportunities may be available to you.

As an independent contractor, you will invoice the Instructor you are covering for each class you deliver on their behalf:

• Earn $50 per 30-minute class delivered

• Receive full training, mentoring and ongoing support

• Love working with babies, toddlers and preschoolers

• Are energetic, confident and engaging

• Enjoy performing, teaching or presenting

• Are reliable, organised and self-motivated

• Enjoy variety and meeting new people

• Want flexible weekday work during school hours

To join our Cover Instructor team, you must:

• Hold a current Working with Children Check (essential)

• Have an ABN (or be willing to obtain one)

• Have a reliable vehicle and driver's license (essential)

• Hold current First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain it)

• Be available at least 3 weekdays during school hours

• Be 18 years or older (essential)

• Have permanent work rights in Australia (essential)

We provide comprehensive training, proven programs, mentoring and ongoing support to help you confidently deliver Happy Feet classes.
