Qualifications

Operational Excellence

Strong understanding of event setup and pack-down proceduresKnowledge of banquet operations, AV coordination, and room configurationsAbility to follow BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) accuratelyAttention to detail in timing, presentation, and executionRSA Compentancy card

Leadership & Accountability

Team members who take ownership of their sectionAbility to lead casual and part-time staff during large-scale eventsCalm decision-making during high-pressure service periodsProactive problem-solving without constant supervision

Guest-Focused Mindset
