Glosswood Architectural Timber is Australia’s leading brand in prefinished timber linings and acoustic panels. We are a proudly family-owned business with a production facility located in Kelmscott, distributing premium timber products to designers and builders nationwide.

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Manufacturing & Warehouse Worker to join our Kelmscott team. This is a hands-on position essential to the daily operation of our coating and timber processing lines. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for assisting with machine operation, basic maintenance, and quality control across a range of production processes.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team with opportunities to build your technical skills and grow within the business.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. Friday 6:00am to 12:15pm.
Overtime available as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment (coating, sanding, moulding)

• Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues

• Maintain quality standards during production

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures

• Assist the Operations Team Leader with general tasks

Skills & Experience

• Forklift licence (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and care

• Experience with timber moulding, sanding, or painting (preferred)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Team player with a proactive approach
