We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused leader to join our team as a Store Manager.

As part of our store leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, leading day-to-day operations and creating an engaging shopping experience for every customer. Working collaboratively, our Store Manager's lead by example, develop their teams and ensure the store operates to the highest standards.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and results-driven team culture.
• Support daily store operations, ensuring excellence across customer service, stock management and visual merchandising.
• Drive effective stock replenishment, markdowns and stocktake processes.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand direction.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• As Store Manager, you'll also oversee key operational responsibilities including payroll, banking, roster preparation and overall store performance.

We're looking for a leaders who:

• Have previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Healthy work-life balance with a rotating full-time roster, including a 3-day weekend each fortnight and no Sunday shifts.
