A grade Electrician

Electrician | 4 x 10hr Days | $50+/hr + Bonuses | Solar, Battery & Commercial | Perth

We’re looking for a skilled, customer-focused electrician to join Pure Electrical & Air.

You’ll work a 4-on-3-off roster (4 x 10-hour days) — every week ends with a long weekend. We kit you out in quality gear, provide a modern van, and pay well for good work. Base rate starts at $50 per hour + performance bonuses and commissions. Our tradies currently average between $50–$65 per hour.

About the role
You’ll work across a solid mix of:

• Domestic electrical and air-conditioning maintenance & installation

• Solar and battery system installs

• Commercial fitouts and maintenance

The focus is on quality workmanship, strong fault-finding, and giving customers a clear, professional experience. We aim to be the gold standard in service — not the cheapest.

What we’re looking for

• WA Electrical Licence

• Current WA Drivers Licence

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience in domestic service work (commercial experience highly regarded)

• Interest in or experience with solar and battery systems is a plus

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Excellent customer communication skills

• Right to work in Australia
