The Role:
We are looking for a vibrant and reliable Barista & All-Rounder to join our mad-hatter team! This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be the heart of our operation—creating fantastic coffee, delivering friendly service, and helping wherever needed to keep our cafe running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting exceptional coffee with speed, consistency, and a passion for quality.
• Providing genuine, friendly, and efficient customer service at the counter and tables.
• Preparing and presenting food items from our menu.
• Handling POS operations and processing payments.
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across the cafe.
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Assisting with opening/closing procedures and general cafe duties.

Who You Are:

• A skilled barista with proven experience and a love for latte art.
• A true people-person with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work.
• Able to work well under pressure during busy periods (weekends included).
• Have the right to work in Australia.
• Previous experience in a similar cafe role is highly regarded.
