About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties across the Geelong region.

You'll enjoy the flexibility of working predominantly from home, with just 2 days per week required in the St Kilda Road office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
• Conducting OFIs, entry condition reports, routine inspections and final inspections
• Processing rental applications
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with Victorian rental legislation and regulations
• Supporting the smooth onboarding of new clients into the portfolio
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiencies
• Keeping up to date with industry legislation and changes

You'll be provided with a laptop and phone and will work with systems including Console Cloud, IRE and Inspection Express.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years' Property Management experience
• A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a team
• A strong customer service mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
• A proactive approach to managing your workload and staying on top of priorities

What's on Offer:

• Salary negotiable to $80,000–$85,000 + Super depending on experience
• Mostly work-from-home role, with only 2 days per week in the St Kilda Road office
