POSITION DESCRIPTION

Loop Roof Cocktail Bartender Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate should be highly motivated and enthusiastic about growing and developing the Loop Roof business to new levels of popularity and success.

You will be dedicated to ensuring all customers enjoy a truly unique experience.

This is a diverse role. In summary, we require a savvy operator who can perform the following key responsibilities:

· Must be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights until close & also Sundays from time to time.

· Provide immaculate bar service to Loop Roof customers - exhibit flair with drink making and ensure excellent rapport with punters and staff alike.

· Continue to develop our bar procedure checklists.

· Express a passion for excellence in hospitality and be 100% committed to providing exceptional standards of bar and customer service.

· Exhibit a hands-on approach to the position, providing a strong example to other bar staff at all times.

· Use your personal and professional networks in a way that allows Loop Roof to continue to build a strong local customer base.

· Contribute to immaculate venue presentation and a relaxed, secure environment for patrons.

· Work with the Loop Roof bar management on the development of less experienced floor staff, by educating them on Loop Roof service procedures and operations.

· Enter and compete in the majority of available cocktail competitions - World Class and Bacardi Legacy are essential.

· Attend major spirit tastings at Loop.

· Keep updated on cocktail and hospitality trends from around the world.

· Liaise with Loop Roof Bar Management over the seasonal garden/herbal/floral themed cocktail menu.

· Report to the Loop Roof Operations Manager & Assistant Venue Manager on any maintenance which is required.
