We are Dealers for Penske Commercial Vehicles, Daimler Trucks & Iveco Trucks. Bundy Star Trucks also diversifies into all makes Japanese, American, European & Trailer repairs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic heavy vehicle spare parts interpreter to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires product knowledge, strong customer service skills and the ability to accurately identify and source parts for a wide range of heavy vehicle and equipment.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts for retail and trade customers along with our workshop technicians

• Source genuine and aftermarket trucks parts from a range of suppliers

• Process customer enquiries, quotes and sales

• Maintain stock levels, receive and check incoming deliveries

• Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders

• Laise with suppliers to source parts

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control

• Ensure the parts department is clean, organised and well presented

• Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person

• Assist workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in automotive, truck or heavy vehicle parts interpreting is preferred

• Car, Light Commercial & AG qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and/or team environment

• Good computer skills and experience with parts catalogues or inventory software

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated

• Current Manual C License

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40hr Week - No weekends or after hours callouts
