Administration Officer - Persistent Pain Management Services

We're excited to welcome a Administration Officer to our Persistent Pain Management Services Team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
• Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
• Provide advice and support in the admission and discharge planning process for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients presenting to the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
• Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.

Remuneration value up to $61 175 p.a, comprising salary rates $40.17 - $44.67 p.h., (part time position, 46 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) Applications will remain current for 12 months.
