About the role…

• Collaborate and lead a multidisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse
• Contribute to and coordinate high-quality clinical care aligning with best practices
• Ensure personalized and appropriate care and services for residents in line with clients' policies and Residential Aged Care Standards
• Participate in a team for effective clinical care catering to individual needs
• Provide clinical and managerial leadership, mentorship, and supervision to enhance resident care quality

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience working as an RN in an aged care facility. 
• Current AHPRA registration + police check 
• Current and up to date flu & Covid vaccination record.
• Must complete all designated shifts!!!
• Full Australian working rights.
