Tour Guide for range of Nation-wide Tours

Casey Australia Tours, Western Australia's most experienced Touring Company, is seeking passionate Guide to join our dynamic team and lead unforgettable journeys across Australian. If you have an extensive experience in guiding and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!

2026 Departures below with possible ongoing tours early 2027 including; Melbourne Gardens, Tamworth Country Music and Vivid Lights Festivals and Tasmania & New Zealand (experience touring these locations is beneficial)

• 6 Day Floriade, Canberra, Snowy Mountains & Kelly Country, 13 - 18 September

• 6 Day Floriade, Canberra, Snowy Mountains & Kelly Country, 6 - 11 October

• 10 Day Tasmania Tour, 18 - 27 November.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Conduct Tours: Guide visitors through a variety of towns and cities, providing engaging and informative commentary on the region's history, geology, and wildlife.

Ensure Safety: Prioritize the safety of tour participants by adhering to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Maintain first aid certification.

Knowledge Sharing: Share your passion for Australia by delivering interesting and educational presentations to groups of varying sizes.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all tour participants have a positive and memorable experience.

Qualifications & Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Australia via tertiary qualifications, employment experience or lived knowledge. 

Experience: Previous experience as a tour guide is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate diverse audiences.

Driving Skills: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience driving large trucks/coaches and a PTD is a bonus but not essential for this role.

Our passengers are mainly Australian adults from 50 - 80 years old.  Each tour is run by 2 Staff caring for up to 40 passengers. Tours vary from 1 day, 4 day, up to 16 days.

For the right applicant the role is a ongoing position. Work is on a tour by tour basis, scheduling is roughly week on three days off, but varies.
