About the company

Nut Producers Australia is an almond and pistachio sales and marketing business with a charter to maximise returns to growers. The finance team provides services to four companies; NPA, the marketing and administration company based in Adelaide; Riverland Almonds, the almond processing company based in Loxton; Riverland Almonds Hulling, the almond hulling company based in Lindsay Point; and, Australian Pioneer Pistachio Co, the pistachio processing company based in Robinvale. NPA also carries on the business of product trading to add to the growth of the business.  

About the role 

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to our CEO and Board, while also providing broader coordination and business support across NPA.

While executive and Board support are at the core of the role, this is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved more broadly in the business. You will work closely with the Management Team and across NPA, providing practical coordination and administrative support as priorities and needs arise.

The role has scope to evolve over time as you build your understanding of the business and identify where your skills and support can add value.

We are also open to discussing flexible/part time working hours for the right person.
