The Opportunity

As a RetailSales Training Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shapingthe success of our business through strong sales performance, across both existing stores, and our New Store Rollout Program. You’ll work with Zone and Store Managers, to develop sales teams, drive sales growth, and build a high-performance culture that delivers results. Your job is to build winning teams.

This is a highly field-based role, requiring travel across the growing store network.

The successful candidate must be comfortable leading a host store for up to 4 weeks at a time, supporting new store openings and remaining on-site through the critical early stages of trading.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Retail Sales TrainingSpecialist, you’ll be responsible for embedding our sales cultureinto new teams, leading training across Induction, product knowledge, sales techniques, systems and

customer experience training.

You’ll:

• Lead your assigned store to deliver sales targets and strong measurable KPIs.
• Coach, mentor and develop Sales Staff into confident, high-performing individuals.
• Build a culture where customer experience, sales performance and winning become the standard.
• Turnbusiness insights into action that improves sales and customer experience.
• Champion our 12V category, ensuring teams have the productknowledge, confidence, and selling capability to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
• Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, every time.
• Work with Zone Managers,Store Managers and the Retail Operations team to supportthe New Store rollout program’s growing network.
