Business Manager

Melville Toyota is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dealership in the role of Business Manager

The Business Manager collaborates with our sales team, finds solutions and educates our customers on our in-dealership finance and insurance products to help them purchase and protect their new investment – their Toyota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation, introduction and selling of all vehicle finance and insurance products to customers

• Working closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals

• Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the financing process and presenting suitable options. 

• Achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Manager within the automotive industry

• Prior experience with Toyota Financial Services is preferred and highly regarded

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, team members and external partners

• The right to work in Western Australia
