QA QC Lead

The Role:

• Assist QHSE Manager to maintain company manuals and procedures.

• Produce records for test certificates, certificates of conformity, material certificates, certification packs.

• Generate material data reports (MDRs) with a high level of accuracy, ensure timely submission to client.

• Ensure all electronic job records are accurate, up to date and easily retrievable

• Other general administration duties to support the branch manager

• In-process inspection and Final inspection of product and quality documentation prior to release to client

• Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organisational processes

• Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of relevant accreditation monitoring programs

• Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures

• Assist managing in larger project jobs from a quality perspective

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a compliance role or similar position

• Competent use in MS Office software program

• Knowledge in QMS policies and procedures

• Strong time management, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Prompt culture of quality, continuous improvement and risk mitigation

• Experience in leading a small team and helping guide the day-to-day tasks of the department

The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months. A pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening may also be required.
