Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is a customer service focused role where you will be working within a small team of key internal sales staff. You will be required to learn about the company and product range and deal with customers on a regular basis, both face to face and over the phone. Daily general administration duties are required such as invoicing, processing of orders, data entry, liaising with the internal & external sales staff and maintaining company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service

• Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with queries

• Daily order processing, maintaining timely and accurate sales order entries

• Work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure orders are dispatched on time

• Invoicing

• Data entry

• Other administrative duties as required

• Must have a passion for and experience in customer service

• Positive can do attitude

• Excellent telephone and people skills

• Intermediate computer knowledge

• Strong organisational skills

• High attention to detail

• Excellent time management

• Excellent communication skills and flexible attitude

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
