Experienced Site Supervisor

About the role

Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards. Mentor and support site teams for efficiency and excellence. Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets are met

• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards

• Mentor and support site teams for efficiency and excellence

• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports

About you

• 7+ years' experience as a Building Supervisor and/or manager (residential construction preferred)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and WHS

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management tools/software

• Building Supervisor licence (required)

• Current driver's licence

• First Aid and CPR

• Clean Police Check
