About the Role:

We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team!

We are looking for those who are team-orientated, have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

About the Role 

Within this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Daily processing of all progress claims, deposits or variations and updating the relevant workflow activities.

• Daily receipting and reconciliation of all client payments, either via cheque, credit card or EFT.

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding claims to ensure overdue amounts are within acceptable levels.

• Attend to all queries relating to claims/AR both from internal stakeholders and external clients/stakeholders.

• Assist the account team as required to ensure smooth functioning of the whole team.

• Other adhoc tasks are required by the team leader or manager.

To be successful in this position you need to demonstrate the following attributes

• 2 years hands on accounts receivable experience

• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude with abilities to build strong working relationships across various stakeholder groups.

• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly regarded

• Prior experience using DataBuild is preferred
