About the role
Golden Paediatric Therapy | Central Coast, NSW
At Golden Paediatric Therapy, we believe communication grows through connection. We work alongside families to support children in ways that are relationship-based, evidence-informed, and tailored to each child's unique strengths.
We're a growing paediatric practice on the Central Coast and we're looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist who values meaningful relationships, lifelong learning, and making a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families.
Whether you're an early career clinician looking for strong support or an experienced therapist wanting flexibility and autonomy, we'd love to hear from you.
Golden Paediatric Therapy provides mobile and clinic-based speech pathology services for children from birth to 13 years of age across the Central Coast.
Our therapy is child-led, and family-centred. We believe communication doesn't happen in isolation, and our approach considers the whole child, their relationships, play, regulation, motor development, literacy, and participation in everyday life.
As a growing practice, we're committed to continual learning and are excited to keep expanding our knowledge as new evidence emerges. We encourage our clinicians to pursue their own professional interests and develop areas of expertise that align with their passions.
We're passionate about creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported to grow, enjoy coming to work, and have the time, mentoring, and resources they need to provide exceptional care.
You'll work with a varied paediatric caseload across homes, schools, and preschools.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting speech and language assessments
Planning and delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy
Collaborating with families, educators, and other health professionals
Writing reports and maintaining clinical documentation
Managing your own caseload with support from our administrative systems
Participating in regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development
Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
Competitive salary plus superannuation
Paid professional development
Weekly supervision and mentoring
A supportive, collaborative, and genuinely caring culture
A diverse and engaging paediatric caseload
Opportunities to grow your skills in areas such as motor speech, early communication, literacy, and other emerging areas of paediatric practice
Administrative support and established systems so you can focus on your clients
The opportunity to help shape and grow a practice that values innovation, connection, and lifelong learning
You'll ideally have:
A degree in Speech Pathology
Eligibility for Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Most importantly, you're someone who:
Loves working with children and their families
Values relationship-based, and family-centred practice
Is curious, reflective, and committed to ongoing professional growth
Takes initiative while knowing when to ask for support
Wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families
We welcome applications from both early career and experienced Speech Pathologists.
If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be genuinely supported, encouraged to grow, and have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families, we'd love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us a little about yourself, what excites you about paediatric speech pathology, and why you'd like to join the Golden Paediatric Therapy team.
Feel free to email me (Sarah) at ••••@goldenpaediatrictherapy.com with any questions or just to say hello :)
