About the ROLE

• Permanent Full-time Role

Key responsibilities for the role include: 

• Demands demonstrable ability and attitude to influence and advise the customer on process and technology matters, work in a multi stakeholder, high pressure environment challenging the status quo and demonstrating strong analytic, technical and subject matter expertise.

• Concentrates on solution architecture, data and integration design, architectural governance, and stakeholder advisory, with a strong emphasis on embedding DR solutions within client organisations to realise measurable and sustainable business outcomes.

• Provides strategic and technical leadership for the design, governance and evolution of DR solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, enterprise data standards and nxzen’s digital strategy.

• Develop deep customer relationships, eliciting and understanding their challenges and identifying and championing innovative solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.

• Provide trusted advisory support to senior client stakeholders.

• Support business cases, roadmaps and implementation strategies.

• Develop Solution Architecture for Digital Reality initiatives working with DR domain experts.

• Provide architectural leadership across solutions, data and integration design.

• Establish and maintain architecture and data standards.

About YOU

Essential Knowledge

• Overall experience with 8 - 12 years in designing and developing solutions.

• Proactive in identifying customer challenges and promoting solutions.

• Has capability to understand and elicit business requirements interacting with various stakeholders.

• Ability to translate the business requirements to solution options including the technical blocks and infrastructure required.

• Should be able to assist customers with the business case for the development of the chosen option.

• Should have directly interacted with customers through-out the projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to operate with professionalism and diplomacy in client-facing environments, including managing conflicting priorities, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of communication.

Desirable Experience & Attributes

• Utilities experience is preferred along with presales.

• Strong problem-solving, organisational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
