About the role

Urban Warehouse (NDC) Pty Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers on a casual basis. Based in Heathwood, QLD, this role will play a crucial part in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management system

• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail to minimise errors

• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

• Collaborating with the wider warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets

• Undertaking regular stock counts and assisting with inventory management

• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehousing or distribution role, preferably as an Order Picker

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or the ability to learn quickly

• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
