HR Crane Truck Operator

Foley Logistics is seeking an experienced Heavy Rigid Crane Truck Operator to join our Gold Coast team!

(Please note that a current HR licence & crane operating experience are essential.)

About the role

As our Heavy Rigid Crane Truck Operator, you'll operate a fleet of modern HR crane trucks across a diverse range of client projects where no two days are the same.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• operating Heavy Rigid crane trucks (6 to 14 tonne twin steer)

• working across Tier 1 construction, civil and industrial sites

• delivering and lifting building materials, steel, machinery and general freight

• maintaining professional presentation and excellent on-site customer service

• adhering to safety, load restraint and Chain of Responsibility requirements

• completing NHVR compliance and operational procedures to a high standard.

What we're looking for

• Current HR licence essential (HC or MC highly regarded)

• Min. 5 years Vehicle Loading Crane experience (HMF, HIAB, Palfinger or similar) essential

• Min. 5 years Heavy Rigid driving experience essential

• Experience operating Road Ranger and Synchromesh gearboxes essential

• Strong load restraint knowledge and crane operating skills essential

• Dogging or Basic Rigging licence highly regarded

• Forklift licence and NHVR/Chain of Responsibility knowledge highly regarded

• Experience on Tier 1 construction or government projects highly regarded
