We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners who are able to provide Face-to-Face and Telehealth consultations to Aged Care Facilities in Eastern Suburbs and Inner Western Areas of Sydney.

You will be working closely with an experienced GP, and supported by our admin & operations team, allowing you to purely focus on delivering high-quality care for residents.

About the role

As an Aged Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide timely clinical consults to residents who are under the care of the lead-GP. This role would require face-to-face nursing home visits as well as Telehealth / Remote consults. Hours for this role are flexible by mutual agreement. 

About you

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with:

• Current AHPRA registration

• PBS Prescribing scope

• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Experience with Aged-Care or Urgent Care medicine is welcomed, but not required.
