Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join the team at Beaumont Tiles Penrith. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and design expertise to help our clients create their dream spaces. This is a full-time (or 4 day part-time for the right person) position based in our Penrith showroom, Saturday work is a must.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences

• Provide expert advice on bathroom ware, tile, stone and other flooring and wall covering products

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect products to suit their style and budget

• Manage the ordering, delivery and installation process for customer projects

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

• Collaborate with the wider team to support the growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales consultant role within the home improvement or home furnishings industry

• Strong product knowledge of bathroom ware, tiles, natural stone, and other flooring and wall covering materials

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and translate customer needs

• Proficiency in design and the ability to create visually appealing design plans

• A demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

• A creative eye and passion for interior design and home improvement
