HSE Administrator

Key Responsibilities:Maintain HSE documentation, registers, records and reporting.Coordinate inductions, training records, competency and licence checks.Support incident, hazard, audit, inspection and corrective-action tracking.Assist with HSE meetings, toolbox talks, audits and inspections.Maintain document control, safety communications and compliance records.Support onboarding and general HSE administration.
Key Skills:Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, WHS or related field.Experience in HSE administration, preferably within construction, infrastructure, mining or energy.Strong Microsoft Office and document management skills.Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills.
