About the Role

Our Pendle Hill service caters for up to 100 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The centre features spacious, light-filled rooms, modern facilities, and high-quality resources.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and committed Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team 5 days per week (Mondayto Friday), working 8-hour shifts across our operating hours of 7:00am – 6.30pm.

This role suits a confident educator who values teamwork, brings strong practice knowledge, and is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality education and care aligned with EYLF and NQS

• Contribute to programming, observations, and documentation

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

• Adhere to all supervision, compliance, and child safety requirements

Essential Requirements:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• A current Working With Children Check (NSW)

• A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

• A current National Foundations Child Safety Training certificate

• Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Children’s Services Regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• An understanding of child development and best practice
