About The Role

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will support our Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists in delivering evidence-based therapy services to children and families.

You will be involved in both individual and group-based therapy programs designed to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes and participate successfully in everyday environments.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Assisting clinicians with therapy sessions and program delivery Implementing treatment plans under the supervision of qualified practitioners Supporting individual and group-based therapy programs Writing progress notes and reports Collaborating with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and other Allied Health professionals Supporting families, carers and stakeholders through education and communication Helping clients build skills, confidence and independence

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and excited to build a career in Allied Health.

You Will Have

Current enrolment in a Master of Speech Pathology or Master of Occupational Therapy Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach Strong organisational and time management skills Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
