JLF Enterprises is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood professionals to join our growing team across the Illawarra region.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences, building strong relationships, and contributing to high-quality educational outcomes for children and families.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences aligned with the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority frameworks and children’s individual interests

• Creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments where children can thrive

• Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children’s learning and development

• Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Collaborating with your team to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes

• Supporting compliance with the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority, policies, and service procedures

• Participating in professional development and ongoing reflective practice

What we're looking for

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to study as a Trainee

• Previous experience working with children aged 0–5 years is highly regarded

• Sound knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and best practice pedagogy

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to reach their full potential

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain where applicable)
