Burdo’s Firewood Pty Ltd is a leading landscaping firm operating across Perth. We specialize in high-quality commercial and residential landscape construction, design maintenance, and turf management. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Gardener to join our hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities

Constructing and installing softscape elements, including trees, shrubs, plants, and turf.

Preparing soil, applying fertilizers, mulching, and laying sod or seed.

Installing basic hardscapes (timber edging, stone borders, pavers, retaining walls).

Installing and maintaining reticulation/irrigation systems and drainage solutions.

Operating landscaping equipment, power tools, and light machinery safely.

Conducting landscape maintenance including pruning, hedging, pest control, and weed management.

Reading and interpreting landscape plans and site drawings.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications: Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, Horticulture, or Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in commercial or high-end residential landscaping.

Valid Australian Driver’s License (Manual preferred).

Strong understanding of local plant species, soil types, and climate conditions.

Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
