Customer Care Consultant - Rockhampton QLD

The Role

We are looking for an organised and friendly Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Rockhampton Trade Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, and over email. You’ll be crucial in delivering a fantastic customer service experience with about 30 points of conversation or investigation each day. You'll be a member of a close-knit team of 7, making this role ideal for someone looking for a company to call home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone, and email.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
• Keep administration organised as required
• Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous experience in call centre environments and with KPIs will be highly regarded
• Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working at a desk environment
