About the role
Uplyft is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting inclusive outcomes for children through the effective administration of the Inclusion Support Program (ISP) with Inclusion Support West and the Specialist Equipment Library.
Inclusion Support West is a partnership between One Tree Community Services and Uplyft delivering the Inclusion Support Program across Western Australia. Together, we support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to build inclusive environments where all children can access, participate and thrive.
About Uplyft
Uplyft (formerly Wanslea) is a leading provider of services for children, young people, and families across Western Australia. Founded in 1943, we have now expanded to offer a wide range of programs and services that support children, young people and families at every stage of life.
Why join Uplyft?

We value people who bring their whole selves to work. Our team reflects our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, where differences are celebrated and every voice matters.
Joining Uplyft means being part of a professional, purpose-driven organisation where your skills, ideas, and compassion help transform lives every day.
About the role
The Administration Officer provides efficient, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support to the Inclusion Support Program (ISP), contributing to the effective delivery of the Specialist Equipment Library and broader program operations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment library records and databases, coordinating equipment requests, returns, maintenance and hygiene processes, and managing enquiries from Early Childhood Education and Care services through the Customer Management System. The role requires clear and professional communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Administration Officer contributes to a collaborative, solution-focused environment that supports inclusive outcomes for children, families, and educators.
